In Marvel’s Phase 4, Who Becomes The New Tony Stark?

For the past decade, Tony Stark (aka Iron Man) has been the leading force of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) since the character's first solo film in 2008, until his epic conclusion in Avengers: Endgame in 2019. This character relaunched the career of Robert Downey, Jr., a tremendously talented actor with plenty of charisma and ambition. Since the journey of Tony Stark/Iron Man is over, who could take Stark's place?
