RHOM: Lisa Hochstein Admits Going ‘Overboard’ With Face Fillers

Lisa Hochstein from The Real Housewives of Miami admits she put too much filler into her face over the years and plans to get it all removed. Viewers were introduced to Lisa for the first time when she joined the Bravo-turned-Peacock series in 2012 during season 2. Along with Lisa, viewers also met her husband, Lenny Hochstein, a plastic surgeon known as the "Boob God" in Miami. The pair had been recently married and were struggling to begin their journey as parents.

Fast forward nine years in the future, and the couple has finally started their family. In 2015, Lisa and Lenny welcomed their son first child, son Logan, via surrogate. In 2019, they welcomed their daughter Elle also via surrogate. Before welcoming their children, Lisa and Lenny had their ups and downs in their marriage, but luckily this reality TV couple was able to make it through the hardest time in their marriage. Now the only thing the returning RHOM star Lisa has to worry about is removing her fillers.

During a one-on-one interview with Page Six, the reality star revealed her plans to get rid of her facial fillers after going "overboard" many years ago. "I did go overboard when we first opened our Medspa because everything was so accessible to me," Lisa said, who started the Hochstein Medspa business alongside her plastic surgeon husband. "I probably put too much of everything in my face and I probably stopped doing all of that in the past two years. I’ve actually removed a lot of filler," she explained, adding that she is still a "work in progress." Lisa, who works alongside new RHOM castmate Dr. Nicole Martin, also had some words of advice for those who are hoping for a youthful look by getting filler injections. The Toronto native said she believes lasers and peels are the answers to looking younger, not fillers.

Now that she has started leaning towards non-invasive cosmetic procedures, Lisa is a proponent of the mantra "a little goes a long way." Since Miami is such a hotspot for plastic surgery, it can be difficult for women in the city to resist the urge to get more and more done cosmetically. Luckily, Lisa has finally found that balance. Besides enjoying the free services she has at her fingertips, the Bravo personality enjoys the purpose and the independence she receives from working at the Medspa. Even though Lisa and Lenny work together, they don't always have to see each other during the day. Lisa works on one floor while Lenny works on the other, which Lisa believes is healthy for their relationship.

Now that Lisa has realized she no longer needs all that face filler to look young and beautiful (and has found better alternatives), she is ready to get it all removed. This process may take some time. However, Lisa is excited to see her new and improved look once all of her face fillers have disappeared.
