How Starfield Companions Can Improve on Skyrim's Companions

Bethesda has a reputation for creating immense and immersive open-world games filled with unique locations, weapons, and characters. Each game features numerous NPCs that are integral to the different plot lines, and can often have a major impact on the playthrough of the game, bringing life to the world. Out of all these features, the most prominent remains the companions that will explore the world with the player and defend them with their lives. With Starfield set to release in November of this year, it would be useful to see how the companion system can be improved when compared to a game like Skyrim.
