90 Day Fiancé: Mike’s Romantic Instagram Post For Ximena Shocks Viewers
90 Day Fiancé star Mike Berk posted a cryptic yet romantic message for Ximena Morales on Instagram, shocking fans who witnessed major drama between them at the end of their season. Mike, a 34-year-old man from New York met Ximena, 24 on an adult website when she was working there to make ends meet during COVID-19. Mike asked Ximena to quit her job and took the responsibility for her income. While Ximena claimed she fell in love with Mike over the next year, she couldn’t get herself to adjust to his unhygienic behavior and creepy habits. Ximena broke up with Mike after their engagement on the show. But during the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Tell-All, Mike reportedly reveals they’d gotten back together.
In the first half of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5, Mike won the hearts of viewers by coming across as an affable young loner who’d never been in love. Ximena, however, was portrayed as a gold digger who was dating Mike to secure her future in the U.S. Midway through the season, Ximena posted a spoiler about her being a mystery man in a now-deleted TikTok video. Ximena went on to claim that Mike hadn’t treated her well and had even tried to hit her. As 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days inched towards its finale, Ximena ended things with Mike but he didn’t react well to her decision. He acted out, asked her to return all the gifts he’d given to her, refused to leave her house as he paid the rent, and also called her offensive names. The Before the 90 Days finale saw Mike trying to win Ximena back although she insisted she wanted to stay friends. Ximena confessed she was confused at the end of the last episode.
However, Mike told host Shaun Robinson during the Tell-All preview that, “we were able to work it out and today we’re back together” as Ximena smiled and agreed. But in a plot twist of sorts, the preview for the Tell-All part 2 saw Ximena confessing “I’m not in love with him, he knows that.” Given what fans witnessed during the episode, Mike’s Instagram post in which he posted a video saying, “te amo mucho” with the caption, “I made for her today!” shocked everyone. Mike was wearing a helmet and heading out for a bike ride. “It’s a great day for a ride!” he added to his caption along with the hashtags, “#temamo” and “#miamoreterno.”
One of the comments on Mike’s Instagram post reads, “Omg just saw tonight’s episode and the Tell All and I’m in total shock…” Another fan wrote, “We're all confused pretty sure.” A different comment that said, “I wonder what this video means or who it's for, or from last year probably, before they broke up” ended up getting a confirmation from Mike that it’s for Ximena. “TODAY. See the time stamp at bottom with the minute and second.” The time-stamp on Mike’s post says “Apr 2, 2022” and it was filmed around 10:46 AM as per @mommysaysbadwordstoo who’s acquired Mike’s uncropped video.
But fans think that Mike could have a new girlfriend he’s dedicated the video to. Mike’s supporters who want him to be happy see it as someone who truly loves him and he doesn’t have to buy her love. Mike and Ximena’s story is far from over as more details will only be revealed next Sunday during the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Tell-All Part 2. Still, there are clues that Mike and Ximena did get back together right before she did her boyfriend reveal via the viral TikTok video. Regardless, Mike is supposedly filming for a new 90 Day Fiancé spin-off as well, which means he will be back for more, either with Ximena or possibly with someone new.
