The Rock is out of the bag. Now that Black Adam has officially made his cinematic debut, few critics are marveling at a movie that appears to be met with a very positive reception from the audience. That disparity may just speak of the former group missing the entire point of Dwayne Johnson’s addition to the DCEU. His character is not the one who’s here to save it; rather, the actor himself is.
