Smallville Star Suits Up Into DC Universe Green Arrow In Fan Art

Smallville's Bart Allen actor Kyle Gallner gets turned into the Green Arrow for the new DC Universe in gritty fan art. The slate of movies and TV shows for DC is now under the capable hands of new DC Studios co-CEOs James Gunn and Peter Safran.
