After the titular monster returned in a big way in 2014 with Gareth Edwards' hit monster movie, the creature has since cropped up in a direct sequel and a showdown movie with King Kong himself. The creature now has two projects on the horizon with Apple TV+'s Godzilla and the Titans and director Adam Wingard's Godzilla vs. Kong 2.
