Ke Huy Quan Hoped Short Round Would Return In Indiana Jones 3

Short Round actor Ke Huy Quan reveals that he hoped his sidekick would return in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Released in 1989, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade is the third movie following Harrison Ford's intrepid archeologist. The character first appeared in Raiders of the Lost Ark in 1981 and would reprise the role for Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom in 1984. The latter film introduces Quan's Short Round as Indy's fan-favorite companion, a character who has not been seen in the franchise since.
