The Sopranos creator is developing his first television show the acclaimed mafia series ended. The HBO drama, which followed the late James Gandolfini as the angst-ridden mob boss Tony Soprano, is widely considered one of the greatest television shows of all time and is frequently credited with ushering in the Golden Age of Television. Since The Sopranos ended in 2007, its creator and showrunner David Chase pivoted to feature film, including working on The Sopranos prequel film, The Many Saints of Newark.
